We offer a full design and manufacturing facility to provide you with jigs and fixtures.

We supply checking fixtures, whether for gap, flush or attribute checks, for the inspection of components such as:

  • Exterior trim, including side valances and bumpers
  • Pressings
  • Heat shields
  • Interior trim, including dash boards and door trims

You can use our holding fixtures for a variety of applications, including:

  • Automotive track side assemblies for bonnet and tailgate badge location, exhaust finisher location jigs and sub assembly jigs
  • Machining of components/assemblies
  • CMM validations
  • DTI appraisal

We supply all fixtures with a full CMM inspection report, and, if needed, an R&R study.
